The NC 10% Campaign works with university food service managers to increase local food procurement on campus. University partners host local food events on campus and report their local food spending ($) to the NC 10% Campaign's online data tracking system. The following colleges and universities have pledged to purchase at least 10% of their food products from North Carolina farms and fishers.

A research and outreach project (2016-2017) to develop new market opportunities for small and mid-scale local farmers by building collaborative supply chain links from farms to university campuses and creating tools for farm to university educators and advocates.
